Cancellation Policy

POLICIES: Please take the time to read over the policies before booking an appointment as no exceptions will be made. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. WHEN BOOKING APPOINTMENT: Valid card on file are REQUIRED for all new clients. If you are unsure of what service to book please contact me to ask questions and send pictures of your desired look. RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & LATE POLICIES: LATE POLICY: - Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes. Please communicate with me if you’re running late to avoid your appointment being canceled. - If able to take in after 15 minutes there will be a $20 late fee added to your service and your not guaranteed your entire service (Example: may not be able to do a blower or skip haircut that day, etc.) - There is no guarantee after 15 minutes and communication is made that I will be able to keep your appointment as guest are usually booked back to back. You will be informed at the time of communication. - If no contact is made your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will be charged 100% of the total service *** Please know if I see consistency in being late, we will make sure to switch your time around where we can avoid the late fees. Being late can put me behind in on other guest who have requested my time.*** CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING: - Any cancellations/rescheduling made AFTER the 24 hours window leading up to your appointment will be charged 50% of you total service booked. - *** Please understand that it is difficult to fill an appointment slot within 24 hours. Cancelling or rescheduling that soon results in loss in potential business that could have been used for else. NO CALL/NO SHOW: - No call no shows WILL be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment. Future appointments will not be booked without paying for the service in full in advance. SERVICE REFUNDS: - I do not give refunds for any reason. If you have any concerns, please reach out to me within the week (7 days) of the appointment so we can find a solution. - Redos/adjustments will have to be done within the first 2 weeks after notifying me the first week after the appointment. RETAIL REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES: - I do not give refunds nor exchanges on any retail product or appliances. GUEST: - Please do not bring any guest to your appointment unless you have spoke to me about it and I approved it. EARLY ARRIVALS: - Please DO NOT show up early to your appointment! If you are early, feel free to send a text and I will let you know if I’m ready for you.
